It's hard to put into words how wonderful it is to work with Chelsea, to have my visions brought to life, and have lasting visual memories I can return to for years to come. Chelsea attracted my attention as a photographer due to her ability to capture the ocean the way I see too see it ~ as pure magic. I started looking through her other photos and noticed her skills don't end with landscapes, but absolutely extend to humans (individual, families, animals too!). Anyone can take a picture, especially in this age where most everyone has a smart phone advertised to give you "high quality" photos. Not everyone can capture the emotion of a moment using both *quality* tools and knowledge that comes from having honed your craft. Chelsea creates emotive photography for her clients because she cares so deeply and genuinely for people, for her work, and for enjoying + experiencing all life has to offer. I have now had the pleasure of working with Chelsea since 2020, first requesting a family shoot for me and my dogs (photos which are framed in my home and, as any dog mom can attest, bring me the most joy), to including my boyfriend-now-husband in our annual family photos, to an at-home engagement shoot and intimate wedding, and most recently our annual family photos with the fun addition of my baby bump. It makes sense that the more time you spend with a photographer, the easier it is as the subject to feel comfortable in front of the camera. That being said, Chelsea felt like an old friend the very first time we met in person and I could not recommend her more highly.

Chelsea is beyond amazing! I cannot say enough good things. From the moment I first contacted her, she was so sweet and easy to work with, and made our engagement shoot and wedding incredibly easy! She has a magnetic personality and kept us smiling and laughing from beginning to end. Her eye for detail is incredible and the photos we received back were far beyond our expectations. Book a Salt shoot with Chelsea it will change your life! I worked with Chelsea at such a low point self esteem wise, a time full of loss and changes. The Salt shoot was my baptism, a rebirth so to speak. She made me feel comfortable and confident in front of the lens.  Most importantly she captured the beauty of the moment, and within myself. Chelsea is always professional! I look back at these photos with such adoration. I had fun and look forward to working with Chelsea on future projects! So much love for her as an artist and human!

Working with Chelsea was a fantastic decision and my family and I absolutely loved all our photos. What's so special about her is not just her work, it's how comfortable and at ease she made us feel. Her warm, calm presence and patience were incredibly helpful on the day of our session - but even prior to that, Chelsea was professional and flexible through all communications leading up to the day! There are not enough words to describe how incredible Chelsea is. She captures the most beautiful, intimate, glimmering moments. I’ve said this to her and I mean it wholeheartedly - I wish that every person in my life would have their special moments photographed by Chelsea.
